Return and Refund Policy for GravityFitness Club

Introduction

Welcome to GravityFitness Club. We strive to provide the best fitness experience for our members. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds related to our services and products.

Membership Fees

  1. Cancellation and Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. However, members have the option to cancel their membership at any time. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the membership period.
  2. Termination: GravityFitness Club reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates club rules or engages in inappropriate behavior, without providing a refund.

Personal Training Sessions

  1. Rescheduling and Cancellation: Personal training sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
  2. Refunds: Refunds for personal training sessions will be provided only in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of GravityFitness Club management.

Merchandise and Equipment

  1. Returns: Merchandise and equipment purchased from GravityFitness Club can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided it is in its original condition.
  2. Refunds: Refunds for returned merchandise and equipment will be processed within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Classes and Workshops

  1. Cancellation: Participants must cancel their reservation for classes or workshops at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
  2. Refunds: Refunds for canceled classes or workshops will be issued as credits for future sessions, unless otherwise specified.
